Due to the nature of our products, all sale transactions are final, however under unusual circumstances, we may offer a discretionary exchange or refund in which case shipping and handling costs will be paid by the customer.
Note, that we will not accept an item for return or exchange where the packaging has been opened due to health regulations.
If you have received any product that is incorrect or defective please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise.
Return & Exchange Procedure
Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your goods with details of return or exchange.
Once your return/exchange has been documented, you will be given a code. Ensure that the code is noted. Please ensure that the item is returned within the stipulated time.
Package the items properly for shipping ensuring that you have included your original receipt in the package and that the code provided is visible on the package.
Ensure you purchase a traceable shipping option with insurance to ensure safe delivery.
Allow for 48 hours for your return or exchange to be processed.
